Aedan, a 49-year-old divorcee, is struggling to maintain a satisfactory life.  Depression, addictions, a cynical father, an empty romantic relationship, financial challenges, and looming cancer are grey and black clouds over each of Aedan’s days. 

 

     Then by accident, he discovers a portal into a parallel world that presents real love, happiness, and satisfaction.  There is a lot that tempts Aedan to abandon his human world and immerse permanently into Itara, but such a decision would come with a significant cost.
